Yes. They are different names for the same material: the spongy pith left when fibre is separated from coconut husk. It is also called coco coir pith or coir dust. Coco peat and cocopeat are the same word, spelled two ways.
Each product comes in three grades: 1st grade Fine, 2nd grade Standard and 3rd grade Coarse. They differ in expansion volume, moisture and fibre content. All grades share the same 30 × 30 × 10 cm block, 5:1 compression and pH of 5.5 – 6.5.
Low EC blocks are washed to bring EC below 0.6 mS/cm, for propagation, greenhouses and hydroponics. High EC blocks are unwashed, for horticulture, agriculture and landscape work where EC is less critical. Low EC also expands slightly more: 16, 13, 10 L per kg against 14, 11, 9 L per kg.
5 kg blocks, 30 × 30 × 10 cm, compressed at 5:1. Sieve options are 6 mm, 8 mm or unsieved. Moisture is 10 – 15% for Fine and 15 – 25% for Standard and Coarse. The full table is on the Products & Specifications page.
A 5 kg Low EC block gives about 80, 65 or 50 litres of loose media, and a High EC block about 70, 55 or 45 litres, Fine to Coarse. These are calculated from the per-kg figures; exact values are confirmed on the quotation.
